Terms & Conditions for Toucan Creative Web Packages

Design & Content

All images, copy and logo's to be supplied by the client and will remain the responsibility of the client to ensure that anything supplied is not under copyright or restriction.
Additional costs will be discussed if the following services are required as part of the project:

Logo design
Copywriting
Image source from Stock libraries
Additional design options

Website

To include full bespoke design based upon the client brief, to include revisions taking the initial concept through to final template. Full build of the website, imputing the copy and images as supplied by the client. Basic keyword entry and cross-browser testing.
Additional costs will be discussed if the following services are required as part of the project:

Additional design options
Additional pages required
Any special features to be included within the website, to include but not limited to:

Online enquiry form
Lightbox/gallery
Forums/blogs
CMS system /ecommerce solution
Dynamic content / animation

Business Stationery

To include the design of 1 x Business Card, 1 x Compliment Slip and 1 x Letterhead supplied to the client in print ready format. Additional costs will be discussed if the following services are required as part of the project:

Hosting & Domain Name

To include all features specified with the Static Hosting & Email package and the Classic CMS Hosting Packages for Y1 (12 months from completion date)

From Y2 the client will be invoiced annually for this service, monthly costs will be discussed as part of the project. If a payment is late or missed, Toucan Creative reserves the right to remove the website and all relating products until payment has been resumed.

Additional costs will be discussed if the following services are required as part of the project:

Additional domain names
Additional features added to either the Static or Classic CMS hosting packages
Additional email accounts
An alternative domain/hosting provider is requested
Transfer of existing domains/emails to Toucan Creative

Site Submission

Toucan Creative will submit your completed website to Google to assist in search ranking.
While every website Toucan Creative develops will be web friendly, ranking position cannot
be guaranteed.
